I can’t wait to wear my Calvin Austin Apparel. How long before it’s shipped?
You can expect your apparel approximately 7-14 days after placing your order. Should an unexpected delay occur, and you do not receive your item(s) after 14 days, please send an email to info@austintouch1.com. You will receive an email response within one business day.
My Calvin Austin Apparel is damaged. What do I do?
If your items are damaged, please send us a picture of the damage and your order number via email at info@austintouch1.com. Please report all damaged items within 3 days of your delivery receipt. Although we do not offer refunds, we may be able to replace your damaged items.
What about returns, exchanges, and refunds?
We are committed to quality apparel and customer service. At this time, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. We encourage you to ensure the accuracy of your order prior to rendering payment for your order. If your Calvin Austin Apparel is damaged, we may be able to replace the damaged item. Please refer to the FAQ above.
